ALL WE NEED LLC was established in May 2025, based on the studio activities of Toshi Otsuka, a design strategist and UX/UI designer.
We donate 1% of our revenue to communities working on environmental issues.

With extensive experience across various industries (finance, SaaS, social media, healthcare, public infrastructure, etc.), I have been involved in UX/UI design in the digital domain for over 20 years. At Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, I led the design team to promote DX and received awards including the Good Design Award. I spearheaded complex requirement organization in the financial sector, design organization foundation building, design direction for new businesses, cross-organizational internal workshops for consensus building, and the establishment of user research teams. At CyberAgent, I was responsible for UX design from the launch of blog services and promoted information architecture and experience improvement for large-scale services.
In recent years, I have been supporting startup SaaS products, providing UI/UX design that supports business growth, including new service launches, renewals and experience improvements for long-running services, and feature expansions. I have also expanded my activities to new areas such as UI design for SaaS in pharmaceuticals, construction, and electric power companies, and app renewals for major transportation companies.
I also focus on community building for creators working on climate change as a lead for Climate Designers Japan.
